Living Resourcefully: Finding Ways to Make Your Dollars Go Further
By Andrea Nisley
Living resourcefully is not just about money. It’s about using all the available resources to achieve what someone wants in life. It’s about how others influence our decision making, including financial decision making. It’s about what’s going on in the world we live in. While living resourcefully is not just about money, the program “Living Resourcefully: Finding Ways to Help Your Dollars Go Further” will explore ways to help dollars go further. Also participants will learn ways to eliminate spending leaks and reduce the impact of living on a set income when prices rise or when a financial setback is encountered. The Family and Community Education (FCE) educational program lesson “Living Resourcefully: Finding Ways to Help Your Dollars Go Further” will be provided by the University of Nebraska Extension Service and presented by Andrea Nisley, UN-L Extension Educator. The program is available to Family & community Education club lesson leaders and community group representatives at these locations:
Lexington Tuesday, Febr. 23 9:30 am Extension Conference Room, Fairgrounds Gothenburg Tuesday, Febr. 23 1:30 pm American Lutheran Church Conference Rm. The educational program is available by accessing the website, http://www.extension.unl.edu/communityprograms.
