Creed Speaking Contest
On November 9th, the Fullerton FFA Chapter held its annual Creed Speaking Contest and Greenhand Degree Ceremony. There were thirteen up for the greenhand award. To earn this award, you must be enrolled in agricultural education, learn and explain the meaning of the FFA Creed, describe and explain the meaning of the FFA emblem and colors, and many more qualifications. All thirteen students met these qualifications and received their greenhand degree. There were eleven freshmen students that recited the creed for the contest. The top two individuals were Rachel Olson and Kelsey Wetovick. They will be representing the Fullerton FFA Chapter at District Leadership Skills Events at Aurora on December 7.
