Bison Carcasses: Compared to October's report: Prices remained firm for
prime bulls but appeared weaker for prime heifers and aged animals as
bison herds continued to cull both cows and bulls in order to make way
for the additon of new breeding stock in the spring.

Bison Meat: Compared to October's report: Prices for bison cuts
were unevenly steady as limimted product availablity helped stabilize
prices. Strong demand for ground bison allowed the prices to move
slightly higher on grinds and patties during the late fall.
